Furnished with custom designed furniture by Alvin Lustig created in the 40's. 3rd bedroom can also be used as an art studio. 3 minutes from shopping centers with Publix food store, Trader Joe’s and popular restaurants. 15 minutes to downtown Sarasota. Pool is solar heated not electric — may not be suitable in Dec through Feb.
